About Us

Portigliatti, Baldo & Childs, L.L.C. is a unique company in that it is very diverse. Its Members led by Mr. Omar Portigliatti consist of an art student, an Italian Real Estate Broker and a Juris Doctor from Savannah, Georgia.
PB&C began as a simple general partnership consisting of Omar Portigliatti and Michael R. Childs. Portigliatti and Childs started by purchasing homes in Savannah, Georgia and renting them out and had plans to develop into its own real estate firm. Mr. Portigliatti’s roots are from Torine, Italy. As such, Frederica Baldo heard about the efforts that Portigliatti and Childs were doing in America.
Mr. Portigliatti came up with an idea to have a completely new way to buy and sell property on an international level. He thought, why not have one central location where you can buy and sell property? Baldo was very excited about this new idea. From this simple idea, Portigliatti, Baldo and Childs, L.L.C was formed.

Omar is the artistic power behind Portigliatti, Baldo and Childs. His background allows him to be knowledgeable in European business, languages, geography and culture of overseas real estate. He is constantly coming up with different and more effective ways to market property in an effort to better assist his customers and clients.

Federica is the experienced force behind Portigliatti, Baldo and Childs. She has been involved in Real Estate since 1986 and is also an appraiser. She has licenses in Italy, France and the Chec Republic.
She enjoys learning about new cultures. Everywhere she goes, she tries to learn new languages and always take souvenirs from any place she visits.Her joy is her dog named Zora.

Mike is a graduate of the Appalachian School of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2004. He is also a graduate of the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelors in Business Administration in 2001. Since school, he has gained experience in the real estate markets representing buyers and seller and most recently as a property manager. In addition he has been teaching law at a local college in Savannah, Georgia.
