We wish to give clients peace of mind as they purchase overseas property, and want our clients to believe that they can own property in another country without any hassle. We advertise properties from all over the world in one central location. With this site, you can find property in Europe as well as the United States. We are continuing to expand into Asia, Africa and South America and then later, into Australia. Portigliatti, Baldo and Childs is not an internet based company, however; our website is a gateway for all of our associates across the world. Furthermore, Portigliatti, Baldo and Childs uses creative marketing strategies in order to effectively reach the consumer.
PROPERTY MANAGMENT
Once you purchase property, you may need that piece of property rented. As an international investor, you will want to be sure that your investment is handled in a professional manner. Portigliatti, Baldo and Childs has a property manager that can handle your property even if it is in a different part of the world.
MARKETING
PB&C created an international database of property that is available to ALL real estate agents in the world. The idea is to have access to all residential, commercial, industrial and rental properties in one central location so that every agent will be able to better assist their client in finding property all over the world. Furthermore, property will no longer be marketed locally; it will now have an international presence so that there is a larger group of people that see the property as opposed to people in a local setting.
Why would agents want to be apart of this database? What is our response when agents say, “We have only done one international deal in our career; we do not need this.” Our response is simple. The reason you want to be a part of this type of data base is because there is demand for foreign real estate overseas. Americans would love to have a piece of property in Italy, especially if they can get financing at better rates then in the United States. Europeans think America is the land of opportunity. They desire to have a piece of the American Dream. The problem has always been, where do we find it? Furthermore, people do not speak all of the languages. That is what is so wonderful about PB&C. Our website, does the translations for you. It is continuing to expand. Being apart of this database, will bring you additional leads and will impress your clients. Will you have thousands of overseas deals? No. But you will market property in countries all over the world.
Our fee is less then a magazine ad and less then MLS fees. We are not a substitute for these forms of marketing. We are a data base that should be used with your other forms of advertising.
